12, as its name suggests,
is in Quality Street in the heart of North Berwick,
just a stone’s throw from the harbour and local
beaches.. |

At
No. 12 Stay
Over we offer a unique, homely,
hotel experience. There is no reception
desk to check in at, just the lovely smell
of coffee from the bar area. More than a
Bed & Breakfast but without the formality
of a hotel, No. 12
is all about relaxation and informality
with excellent service.

There is a private car park for residents'
use at the rear and a public car park
alongside this. |

No.
12 Quality Street, formerly
the Harbour House Hotel, was purchased by Stirling
and Jela Stewart in October 2005.
Fully licensed, in March 2006 the ground floor
was renovated with simply stunning results and
now includes No.
12 Café Bar. In March
2008, No 12 saw the opening of its fully re-designed
and renovated bedrooms.
The
Stewarts own and operate two further businesses
in North Berwick: the Nether Abbey Hotel with
its cosmopolitan Fly-Half Bar and Grill and
the Ship Inn, a traditional pub also in Quality
Street.
During
your stay in North Berwick we would highly recommend
a visit to both! |
