No. 12 Quality Street is owned and operated by Stirling and Jela Stewart, however the day to day running of the Hotel is left in the capable hands of Karolina Slowinska and Adam Wozinski.

Karolina and Adam have been part of the Stewarts’ “A-Team” for a number of years and seemed like a natural choice to take on the running of No. 12; indeed Adam played a crucial role in its renovation.

Karolina takes care of the front of the house while Adam is busy in the kitchen.

They both live in an apartment on the first floor of the Hotel so are on hand for any emergencies.
