and Conditions

When you make a booking, your contract (which
shall include these terms and conditions) will
be with No. 12 Quality Street, 12 Quality Street,
North Berwick, EH39 4HP..
•
Pricing: all prices include Value Added Tax
at the current prevailing rate (17.5%)
•
Rates are inclusive of a full Scottish Breakfast
with tea or coffee. Those rates that include
dinner offer a choice from the hotel’s
dinner bed and breakfast menu or alternatively
a choice can be made from the a la carte menu
with a £20.00 allowance. Any charges over
and above will be charged to your account and
payable on departure.

A deposit of £20.00 is requested from
all guests to secure any booking. No booking
will be held until the deposit is received.
Unless specifically requested we do not confirm
reservations.
•
Prior to your departure from the hotel you will
be required to settle your bill.
•
All cancellations must be made in accordance
with our cancellation terms. Cancellation may
be made 72 hours prior to your booking with
a full refund of any deposit received. (Please
note this does not apply for bookings that consist
of more than two rooms, please see below) Cancellations
made 48 hours prior to your reservations will
incur the relevant deposits being held. Cancellations
made 1 day prior to arrival will be charged
the fee of 1 night’s stay including tax.

Bookings that consist of more than two rooms
are considered as a group booking. Deposits
will be held when a cancellation has been made
one week prior to arrival.
•
Checking in and out: Arrival and Departure:
Hotel rooms are available from 2.00pm onwards
on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated
by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise
sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager. |
